East London Foundation Trust are looking to appoint a Head of Administration within Specialist Children and Young People's Services (SCYPS) in Newham.

We are looking for a motivated professional with excellent communication skills to take on this role in administration management.

This post has oversight of current and routine practice but also plays a significant role in contributing to the developments of the future, bringing together operational and medical processes with those of administration.

This role managing an established team, will focus on tasks such as reviewing job plans and ensuring that productive, streamlined processes are in place to support clinical teams.

It is key that this person is able to champion digital projects and has good excel and data skills.

The role will involve providing assurance to the senior management team across a number of areas to include, workforce management, staff wellbeing, performance management and efficiency, to enable the smooth running of administration provision across clinical and medical services.

An understanding of the Electronic Patient Record, its functionality and outputs, and data (key performance indicators and data quality) is vital in taking this role forward, working closely with the Performance Manager, Digital Team, and Senior Management Team to develop effective systems and processes to improve the patient experience and outcomes.
