This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to support a friendly team within this thriving organisation.
Role Overview
To assist in the finance team of purchase order control and the preparation and processes of invoices.
Duties include:
- Prepare monthly invoices
- Administrative duties
- Manage supplier invoice enquiries
- Complete financial checks for each specific projects
- Allocate purchase orders for any outstanding invoices
Skills and Experience required:
- Proven, demonstratable experience in a similar role
- Experience in processing invoices or purchase orders
- Excellent organisational skills
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail ability
- Be able to work under pressure and have excellent time management skills
- Experience of maintaining effective filing systems
