Office Angels Livingston are collaborating exclusively with an innovative client who are looking for an administrator to assist in the financial department for a ongoing temporary contract.

Based in Bathgate, with a highly competitive salary. Standard officeopening hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to support a friendly team within this thriving organisation.


Role Overview
To assist in the finance team of purchase order control and the preparation and processes of invoices.


Duties include:


  • Prepare monthly invoices
  • Administrative duties
  • Manage supplier invoice enquiries
  • Complete financial checks for each specific projects
  • Allocate purchase orders for any outstanding invoices

Skills and Experience required:


  • Proven, demonstratable experience in a similar role
  • Experience in processing invoices or purchase orders
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail ability
  • Be able to work under pressure and have excellent time management skills
  • Experience of maintaining effective filing systems
