We are looking to hire the services of a detail-driven Contracts Administrator on behalf of a reputable and widely used company.
Our client are part of the largest buying group in Europe and will be celebrating their 60th anniversary in 2023.
Primary role and attributes of the Contracts Administrator will be:
Manage and ensure the implementation of compliance and control.
Liaise with credit insurance company regarding credit limits, validity, and operation of the credit insurance policy.
Liaise with internal and external parties, exhibiting well-rounded communication.
Ensure documentation is correct and GDPR regulations are adhered to.
Responsible for HMRC activities.
Essential skills to succeed in this role:
Previous experience of working in an administrative role, preferably in a compliance arena
Working knowledge of GDPR
Demonstrable experience of working within set terms and conditions and contracts
Excellent communication and grammar skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to produce HMRC Share Confirmation Statement
Our client offers a variety of benefits, including 25 days holiday, regular social events, and hybrid working (2 days in the office).
