Interim Finance Director (3-5 days per week), £ per day

A privately owned £22m turnover multisite leisure and hospitality business is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director for a 6-9-month period.

The focus of the role will be to see through a private equity fund raise.

Our client is flexible on the number of days per week someone is available for, it is more important you have the experience and bandwidth to be able to onboard new private equity partners.

They currently have interest from several PE investors and are looking to conclude their discussions within the next 2 months with a view to completing a deal by June/July.

The organisation owns several of their trading sites which makes them an attractiveproposition for investors.

The Interim Finance director will be responsible for onboarding the new equity partners and will assist with recruiting and handing over to a new finance director.

The interim Finance director can also be considered for a permanent post. The current ownerswill maintain a significant equity stake and will work towards a full exit within 3-5 years.

Any experience of leisure and hospitality would be a bonus but is not essential. However, to be considered you must have experience of raising private equity investment.
