    Director, Transfer Agency Operations

    What You Will Get To Do:

    • Completion of various department functions with the Transfer Agency
    • Primary Transfer Agency responsibilities include:
      • Transactional reporting and reconciliation to clients, custody and fund accounting
      • Custody money movements
      • Bank open items review and resolution
      • Input and payment distributions associated with dividends and capital gains
      • Bank money movement file transmission
      • Bank Account reconciliation
      • Wire, ACH, and check money movement
    • Actively supports daily operations by not just overseeing tasks but also learning the skills necessary to complete tasks as needed since they will serve as a backup to direct reports
    • Collaborates with various Transfer Agency teams and leaders to ensure client needs are met
    • Attends and participates in industry calls
    • Supports new business sales initiatives
    • Supports ongoing business projects, including system enhancements and client specific requests
    • Supports ongoing daily support items, including managing and resolving technical issues or client inquiries

    What You Will Bring:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field or equivalent experience
    • 10+ years' experience in Transfer Agency, Investor Services, or a related field (e.g., Financial Services, Fund Administration, Treasury Management)
    • 5+ years' management experience leading operational teams​

    • Strong knowledge of financial services operations, including money movement, payment processing, and bank interfaces

    • Excellent communication skills, including written, listening and presentation abilities 
    • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines  
    • Strong organizational and relationship building skills  
    • Must be willing to work on site at least 6 days/month
