Are you proficient in project management and known for being engaging?

3 Together Big Local (3TBL)) is a resident-led community project, funded by Local Trust.

We exist to connect with residents and local partners on our shared vision for Moorsley and Easington Lane in Sunderland, utilising local talent and skills to make it a better place to live.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Lead to support 3TBL with the delivery of multi-themed plans whilst managing budgets and staff members.

The ultimate goal is to lead 3 Together to close out with residents having broad awareness of its work and impact on the local community.

This role would suit an individual with strong project management skills and experience working and engaging the community through a range of platforms, including social media.

Key Responsibilities:

To take charge of overseeing the implementation of a wideranging portfolio of crucial projects outlined in the Partnership's recently approved plan, including the development of a community cycling hub based at Elemore Country Park and a community cohesion project
To expand community engagement through diverse media channels, including social media, websites, and mainstream outlets
To provide diverse opportunities for community engagement and volunteering in the 3 Together region
To develop and implement a clear legacy for the Partnership that ensures its success is sustained when Big Local funding comes to an end.
To supervise all personnel, placements, volunteers, and consultants involved in 3 Together projects
Proven track record in the development, commissioning, management, and successful delivery of projects, consistently meeting set targets
Strong history of engaging with and building relationships across communities and public/private sectors
Confident and approachable to people of all ages, cultures and ethnicities
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
