Purpose:

a) To support the Parts Sales Consultants

b) Provide an exceptional service to all KEP customers.

c) To promote KEP in a positive way at every opportunity

d) To support with new sales initiatives

e) To operate in a professional manner at all times.


Main Duties:

a. Ability to be optimistic and open to change.

b. Manage and administer all parts sales.

c. Work with suppliers to optimise the speed of customer orders.

d. Support sales with strategies for new campaigns when delivering new products and services.

e. Quote all parts opportunities.

f. Chase all open quotations and close out within 2 days of the quote being sent to the customer.

Reach out to customers we have lost in the past to find out where they are purchasing their parts etc.

Is there anything we can do to bring them back to KEP.

h. Contact KEP customers on a regular basis - what does their pipeline look like

i. Pro-actively identify, qualify, and secure new opportunities/sales.

Proactively promote and communicate to our customers that we have now have:

i. New parts solutions

ii. Premium refurbish and good used components.

iii. Facilities to carry out Service & Repairs

k. Maintain the SAGE system at all times.

l. Upload all customers onto the SAGE system.

m. Proactively trigger escalations where necessary

n. Actively demonstrate support of other areas within the company to ensure a team spirit is observed.

o. Cover each parts team member for holidays and absenteeism.

p. Complete all parts sales invoicing.

q. Complete purchase orders.


Education and Experience:

General education on middle level

Experience working in a customer B2B environment.

Preferably sales experience selling technical/engineering products and solutions.

A minimum of 2/3 years' experience of working in a desk sales activity in a fast-paced B2B environment

Proven history of achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and SAGE preferred.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£24,700.00 per year
