Job description
**The Role & Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery Agile Innovation Hub initiatives e.g. hackathons, meetups etc.
Support the design & facilitation of Agile Innovation workshops e.g. Product Inspiration Events, Team Immersions, Retrospectives etc.
Support the delivery of agile education & training (internally & externally)
Work with delivery teams to drive the adoption of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum).

This may include:
- understanding team priorities and ensure alignment to the strategic business objectives and understand the desired outcomes
- proactively identify and resolve blockers, issues or risks on behalf of the delivery team
- working to create high-performing teams - by continually supporting/encouraging continuous improvement of team dynamics and performance
- cultivate a trusting & safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem solving

Support the team members to make effective decisions and collaborate across teams
Participate in the development of the Agile Innovation Hub capability
Build strong working relationships with internal & external clients/stakeholders
