**The Role & Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery Agile Innovation Hub initiatives e.g. hackathons, meetups etc.
- Support the design & facilitation of Agile Innovation workshops e.g. Product Inspiration Events, Team Immersions, Retrospectives etc.
- Support the delivery of agile education & training (internally & externally)
- Work with delivery teams to drive the adoption of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
This may include:
- understanding team priorities and ensure alignment to the strategic business objectives and understand the desired outcomes
- proactively identify and resolve blockers, issues or risks on behalf of the delivery team
- working to create high-performing teams - by continually supporting/encouraging continuous improvement of team dynamics and performance
- cultivate a trusting & safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem solving
- Support the team members to make effective decisions and collaborate across teams
- Participate in the development of the Agile Innovation Hub capability
- Build strong working relationships with internal & external clients/stakeholders
