Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Co-ordinator initially on a 6-month fixed contract, who can provide service and maintenance solutions through telephony support.

You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the customer journey and have the feedback you provide shape the future vision for customer experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records on multiple internal systems
  • Ensure all documentation is completed within set timescales
  • Communicate with customers through their preferred platform
  • Administer and Schedule engineer visits for both, Service & Maintenance works
  • Collaborate with team members and field engineers
  • Take ownership of the customer journey, delivering service excellence
  • Provide tailored advice and recommendations to customers
  • Drive customer retention and loyalty to meet KPI targets
  • Promote customer feedback through platforms such as Trust Pilot
  • Play your part in delivering agreed individual and team KPI's & SLAs

Experience:


  • 3 years experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
  • Serviceorientated with an empathetic and pragmatic approach,
  • A team player who can collaborate with all levels of stakeholders
  • To embrace a culture of innovation, trust, and empowerment
  • Resilient, find solutions to daytoday challenges
  • Demonstrable experience in owning the customer journey endtoend
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering excellent customer experience even when a customer may be complaining
  • Efficient in your approach, ensuring the needs of the customer and the business are considered when making decisions
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office 36
  • Willingness to learn, challenge yourself and embrace change
Hours: 9 am - 5pm Mon - Fri (2/3 Days per week in the office - Tues & Weds or Tues / Weds / Thurs)


Salary:
£30,000 + Bonus (Paid Quarterly)
