Role Description

We are seeking a team leader to support our couriers in delivering excellent customer service and promote and positive and productive working environment.

As a team leader you will be underpinning an organisation that believes in delivering parcels in a greener way, promotion of its courier's wellbeing and work life balance.

Role responsibilities

Oversee the daily operational process of the Urbit hub
Optimise the lead time of processing parcels for delivery
Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance
Organize and implement training programs for couriers
Perform daily inspection of the hub grounds
Coordinate and assist in maintaining fleets and equipment
Maintain records of and report relevant information

Role KPI's

Hub Performance:

Maximise success rate on first attempt
Maximise end customer satisfaction
Maximise deliveries per hour
Minimise process lead times
Minimise process mistakes

Shift pattern:
Wednesday to Saturday (PM), more information on this will be provided at the screening stage.
