An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an eRostering Implementation Officer to help facilitate the rollout the new eRoster system across the whole of the NCA.
The post holder will be part of the Safer Staffing team and will work with all staff groups across the Trust to ensure that the new system functionality is embedded effectively and that departments are able to achieve the benefits set out as part of the programme of work.
We are seeking an enthusiastic person to be part of an exciting programme of work to enable the future roster system.
As the programme of work involves the implementation of a new system all relevant training will be provided, however a working knowledge of other workforce systems would be beneficial.
The post is available as fixed term or secondment opportunities may be considered where appropriate (with current manager's authorisation).The job will require travel across each Care Organisation site and will include a mixture of office and home working.
The implementation officer will be responsible for rolling out the new eRoster system to all staff groups across the NCA and will configure the system appropriately for the respective departments.
There will be a requirement to support the Project Managers to meet the relevant project milestones, ensuring deadlines are adhered to and issues are communicated and escalated effectively.
Report progress of the specific implementations they are responsible for and feedback any issues appropriately.
