An opportunity has arisen for a friendly and reliable individual to take on the role of Clinical Support Secretary to the Older Adult Community Mental Health Teams in North East Fife & Levenmouth.

The Support Secretary will be responsible for delivering a robust and efficient administration support to the Medical members of the locality Community Mental Health Teams.

You will directly support the Medical Secretarial team based at Stratheden Hospital, supporting the Older Adult Community Mental Health teams over 2 sectors.

You will support the wider Administration Team ensuring delivery of essential digital services for patient contacts including NHS Near Me and Community Mental Health Team Duty Systems.

You will be required, often at short notice, to travel to other sites from Cupar to Dunfermline to support the wider CMHT sectors across Fife.

Flexibility to provide cover holiday / illness may be required.
