About The Role:


As an Office Co-ordinator in our thriving Property Services sales department you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our largest sales team at Foxtons.

Within this diverse role you will work closely with the Senior Director of Property Services and the management team to ensure the smooth running of this busy and lively department.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Day to day running of sales floor administrative tasks
  • Preparing agendas and taking minutes during management meetings
  • Producing reports in relation to sales activity and department performance
  • Managing and booking our suite of meeting rooms and training rooms
  • Coordinating the ordering and storing of key goods for the department
  • Helping prepare data, set up and assist the end of week sales meetings
  • Organising competitions and incentives for the Property Services department
  • Organising the Property Services department's social events, such as target and anniversary dinners
  • Liaising with Payroll regarding pay and performance bonuses for our team of Property Consultants
  • Assisting Senior management with key functions

Key skills

  • Great organisation and time management skills
  • Excel experience desirable
  • Good communication skills
  • Clear and concise note taking.
  • A sound understanding of language through grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • A strong, practical computer skill set including data entry, sheet creation and formatting presentations

About You:


As well as strong organisational skills, we are looking for someone who shares our passion for creating and working within a fun and lively culture.

You will need to be comfortable working to deadlines and prioritising a varied and changing workload. No previous administration or reception experience is required, as full training and ongoing development will be provided.
