Interim Production Co-ordinator - Visual Services

£22.00 per hour PAYE


35 Monday - Friday, normal working hours

Basic DBS disclosure required


The individual will look after the logistics such as making sure there is a videographer and an assistant on set.

They will also be dealing with different clients so they would need to have stakeholder made in line with legislation, case law and local policies


Key Responsibilities:

  • Looking at schedule and making sure HM is aware of it.
  • Making sure the client is aware of what's going on
  • Looking through new briefs and making sure we have all the necessary information talk to clients to make sure everything is included Calling freelancers, checking availability
  • Updating spreadsheet Looking at footage and imagery that's coming in

Experience:


  • Relevant experience in visual servcies

Skills & Abilities:

  • High level administrative and selforganisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to act with tact and diplomacy, as well as deal with challenging behaviour and complex needs proven record of calm and measured responses and able to manage in a crisis
