An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join our thriving printing company based in Stourton, Leeds.

You will be joining a small busy accounts team which is an imperative part of the smooth running of the business.


This is a great opportunity for someone who is fairly new to the finance world or starting off their finance career with a small amount of previous experience and is looking to develop their skills in a busy environment.

It would also suit someone with substantial experience looking for a new role.


You must be able to demonstrate good organisation skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and preferably have previous experience of using Sage software and spreadsheets.

The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting with all general accounts tasks, including but not limited to;

  • Processing and posting invoices to a ledger
  • Setting up weekly supplier payment runs
  • Resolving queries and liaising with suppliers
  • Raising and sending purchase orders to suppliers
  • Taking delivery of parcels and mail
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Assisting with Payroll
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Ad Hoc duties to support the finance team
