    Job Title: Yard Labourer

    Description:

    Hales Group is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Yard Labourer to join our team at a client site near Beccles. As a Yard Labourer, you will be responsible for performing manual tasks in an outdoor environment, with opportunities to learn and expand your responsibilities.

    • Industrial cleaning of equipment and facilities
    • Working safely within confined spaces
    • Maintenance and repair of equipment, including assembly of fittings and fixtures
    • Performing day-to-day duties as assigned by the supervisor
    • Ensuring a clean and tidy yard and storage areas
    • Adhering to health and safety standards at all times

    To succeed in this role, you should have:

    • Previous experience in a similar position
    • A valid forklift truck licence (although not essential)

    Requirements:

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Comfortable working in confined spaces and performing manual tasks
    • Good communication and problem-solving skills

    Working Conditions:

    • Monday to Friday, 7:30am until 5pm
    • £11.34 per hour (DOE), with overtime paid after 39 hours
    • Beccles location
    • Temporary to permanent contract
