Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

My client, a professional, successful and well established construction company based in Grays, is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy and growing team on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in smooth running of Purchase Ledger function
- Inputting invoices and credits, allocating correctly
- Balance statements with accounts at month end and resolving any differences
- Opening new accounts in our system, providing requested information and ensuring payment terms agreed
- Preparing month end reports
- Chasing depots for paperwork
- Constructing and processing journals as required
- Chasing queries and credit notes
- Assisting with fleet and invoice queries
- Assisting auditors
