What is the role?
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Sales Team.


The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Sales team, to ensure timely processing of sales and deliver promises in accordance with the New Homes Quality Code.


The role will include:


  • Creating, compiling and distributing internal and external documentation from a range of stakeholders (e.g. customers, suppliers, solicitors etc.) in an accurate and timely manner, to ensure sales progress to completion
  • Dealing with phone enquiries from potential and current customers in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring company standards are adhered to.
  • Progressing home sales and coordinating part exchanges in a professional manner to ensure company sales targets are met and delivered in accordance with the New Homes Quality Code and Persimmon Pledge
  • Assisting diary management for the Sales team, including Sales Advisors, Site Managers and customers, ensuring timely booking of appointments
  • Recording and inputting sales information and data accurately onto the COINS/CRM system
  • Working cohesively with other departments across the Operating Company such as Commercial, Customer Care and Legal to ensure high standards of customer experience are maintained
  • Complying with the Group Health, Safety and Environment Policy to ensure health and safety standards are met
  • Performing general office administration tasks as and when required to meet the needs of the department
  • Generate general letters/memos, e.g. precontract meeting letters, 28day intention to complete letters, welcome letters
  • Ensure Finishing Touches are completed on time and with correct payment to ensure sales targets are met and a high level of customer service is delivered

What experience, qualifications and skills are we looking for?

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Package, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C or above is preferred
