Avanti Recruitment have partnered up with an employee-owned software company who create industry leading case management software for new and existing customers.


They are looking for an Implementation Consultant/ Systems Analyst to join their small but talented team based in Edinburgh on a predominantly remote basis (you will be required in the office once every 2 months for a team meeting).

Typically each projectwill take two weeks to complete which will consist of either customer training, onboarding and lots of configurations so it is key you are able to manage your time correctly.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team who promote training/development as well as internal progression. They have a great culture in which their low staff turnover reflects this.


To be successfully you will:

  • Be able to write SQL queries
  • Have experience with reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Be confident and have experience in a customer/client facing role
