We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.

As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Upsell products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with customers
  • Provide support to other team members as needed

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, including English
  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Proficient in data entry tasks with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,224.90 per year
