Role and Responsibilities:

Assist the OD Programme Manager to run Org Development projects using Agile methodologies
Engage in planning, analysis and implementation phases of the project
Conduct change impact analysis to define and evaluate the scope and objectives of the project
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that align with the goals of the company
Develop the fullscale project plans and prepare communication guidelines
Assess progress towards realisation and achieving measured improvements within business operations
Develop and implement the stakeholder communication plan ensuring successful stakeholder engagement at all levels
Resolve issues and arising conflicts within the project team
Assist with the planning and scheduling using appropriate tools
Review and evaluate the project's effectiveness and address issues as required to obtain the right outcomes.
Provide timely programme office reporting
5+ years of Project Management experience engaging in largescale projects
Must have worked on Organisational Development Projects
Project Management experience using a range of change management techniques, including Agile and Waterfall is desirable
Telco experience is highly desirable
Ability to adapt to changing and fastpaced environment, evolving the change solution ensuring delivery of flexibility and agility
Understanding of efficient stakeholders engagement within a challenging business environment
Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication and facilitation skills to establish and maintain excellent working relationships in a corporate environment
