Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist the OD Programme Manager to run Org Development projects using Agile methodologies
- Engage in planning, analysis and implementation phases of the project
- Conduct change impact analysis to define and evaluate the scope and objectives of the project
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that align with the goals of the company
- Develop the fullscale project plans and prepare communication guidelines
- Assess progress towards realisation and achieving measured improvements within business operations
- Develop and implement the stakeholder communication plan ensuring successful stakeholder engagement at all levels
- Resolve issues and arising conflicts within the project team
- Assist with the planning and scheduling using appropriate tools
- Review and evaluate the project's effectiveness and address issues as required to obtain the right outcomes.
- Provide timely programme office reporting
- 5+ years of Project Management experience engaging in largescale projects
- Must have worked on Organisational Development Projects
- Project Management experience using a range of change management techniques, including Agile and Waterfall is desirable
- Telco experience is highly desirable
- Ability to adapt to changing and fastpaced environment, evolving the change solution ensuring delivery of flexibility and agility
- Understanding of efficient stakeholders engagement within a challenging business environment
- Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication and facilitation skills to establish and maintain excellent working relationships in a corporate environment
