Reporting to the Head of Property Services, the Property Service Manager is responsible for providing a high quality, customer focused and value for money property repairs and maintenance service that ensures compliance with all legislation and regulations.

Working predominantly out on site, the role is effectively leading a team of directly employed repairs operatives delivering responsive property repairs and void property refurbishments across a number of patches within a defined region.


About You:


You will have experience of leading a team of technical operatives to deliver an excellent service within repairs & voids management and of managing an annual budget and delivering value for money.

You will be able to demonstrate your ability in delivering effective management within property maintenance and refurbishment and of supervising or managing maintenance work undertaken by external contractors.

You will have the ability to support technical, operational and administrative teams in relation to property maintenance and of inspecting and managing works, within restricted budgets, ensuring commercial viability, and high product quality.
