About Our Client:

Our client is a leading energy provider, with a great reputation on the market.

They are looking for Telesales Advisors to join the team, as they are going through a period of growth and are looking to expand the team.

This role offers excellent career progression, working in a friendly and supportive team environment. They also offer a great commission structure with a realistic OTE up to £70k

Duties of the Telesales Advisor will be:

  • Making outbound calls to speaking B2B customers
  • Provide accurate and clear information about customer's renewals
  • Ask relevant and appropriate open ended questions
  • Handle client objections
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service

The Successful Applicant:


  • Experience of Commercial Utility Sales is an advantage. (Gas, Electric, Telecoms, Broadband & Water)
  • Used to dealing with customers, either on inbound or outbound calls in a telesales or call centre environment
  • Proven ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility to achieve targets
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Previously had success in a telesales role and proven to exceed targets

What's on Offer:

Salary £18,000 - £25,000 OTE up to £70,000

Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
