As a member of this multi-disciplinary Crisis team you will be supporting people experiencing a crisis in addition to those who may be experiencing a relapse in their diagnosed mental illness.


We support patients, family members and carers and remain committed to the recovery model and a holistic way of working in their homes, offering a variety of interventions and support to aid recovery.
