Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Acute Stroke Unit for a band 2 to become part of our team.

The unit has up to 24 acute beds caring for patients with many different complex care needs. We have in house training courses available with a specific learning pathway for stroke development.

The Acute Stroke Unit delivers a high standard of care for up to 24 patients split across two wards male/female.

The unit receives patients 24/7, delivering a high quality of care to all patients. There are dedicated teams of Medical and Nursing staff, appropriately trained and with the necessary skills to enable this to be achieved

The post may allow career progression to band 3 level.
