Public Lawyer x 3 (NQ- Senior Associate + PQE) - Home-based/ Cardiff

Yolk are working with a full service, commercial, multi office law firm with national reach to work in their public law team.

They are looking for 3 lawyers with various degrees of seniority.

You will be working for a respected firm offering a unique collection of specialisms across the commercial, public and health sectors.

The firm has a long-standing relationships with an impressive range of high-profile clients and aim to truly understand theirneeds to deliver an exceptional service which exceeds their expectations.

You will get to work on some of the most interesting enquiries and reviews in the country

This is what you'll be doing

As a Solicitor in the team you will join a team of high performing, well known public law lawyers dealing with the full range of public law matters encompassing a variety of work types, including, education, environment, health, information law, judicial reviewand other regulatory litigation and disciplinary matters.

Supporting the Partner based in Cardiff who primarily advises clients on administrative and constitutional, environmental and planning law matters. This is likely to include advising on high profile nationally significant health, education, rural affairsand other matters

The experience you'll bring to the team
Particular experience as detailed above is desirable but not required.

However, experience of conducting or defending judicial reviews is necessary
