The North Stoke CAMHS Team are looking to recruit a full time Team Leader. The successful postholder will ensure team activity supports efficient use of resources in line with an allocated budget.


You will work with others as required to ensure that the activity of their designated team is co-ordinated as required with other Trust Services and with other Agencies in support of effective and efficient care pathways.


The post holder will be an active practitioner and will contribute directly to the clinical/ care activity of the team as agreed with the Service Manager.


The Team Leadwill manage the disciplines within the team and ensure that all staff have undergone the necessary training for them to carry out their duties effectively within the guidance of Trust policies & Procedures.

The Team Lead will have overall responsibility in monitoring the workload within the Team, through supervision. This involves ensuring the Health and Social Care aspect of clients' care is managed equally. Caseload Management Tools are in place and provide standardised supervision of cases.

The Team Lead role has operational responsibilities and some strategic involvement to negotiate service delivery.

There are clear lines of accountability within the Divisional Management Structure and a range of staff support networks within both Divisional and Trust structures
