Promise Dreams is a national registered charity, set up 21 years ago in Wolverhampton, to make dreams come true for seriously ill and terminally ill children and their families.

Dreams can include family breaks away from hospital stays; specialised trikes; sensory equipment; house adaptations or holidays to create special memories.

As the charity is becoming busier with requests for help we are looking for amazing administration volunteers who can help us on an ad hoc basis - as and when required.

There are no specific hours and we can work around your availability during the standard working week.

We need administration support with tasks involved with the general office, dreams and events.

This could include, but is not limited to, scanning documents and setting up files for children's dreams; chasing required documents in relation to dream requests; liaison with parents; creating fundraising opportunities; recording Fundraising Events and issuing relevant paperwork; issuing thank you letters and certificates to people who have raised funds for us.

Dependent upon your skills and interest in the role you can become as involved as you want to be.


Nice to haves:

• Previous administration experience within an office
• IT literate
• Attention to detail
• Friendly and reliable
• Flexibility to fit in with busy times in the office
• Experience of using Google Drives and Gmail would be useful although full training will be provided

This is a volunteer position therefore will be unpaid.
