I am thrilled to be working for an ever growing, successful nationwide business who are looking to recruit an enthuastic, and hands on HR Manager to lead and manage the HR function.

This role will report into the HR Director.

This is an excellent opportunityfor an experienced HR profession to work on HR projects, and to assist to move forward the HR strategy.

This will be an office-based role, and includes an extensive benefits package.


What is the day-to-day of the role:

  • To work closely with the HR Director to inform and progress HR service delivery and strategy.
  • Provide an effective, responsive, and solutionfocused HR function to the business, working alongside and closely with the Payroll manager and other managers across the business.
  • Lead in the daytoday management of the HR function, including employee relations and resourcing / recruitment.
  • To undertake any other duties required for the effective running and operation of the HR and Payroll function.

Required skills and experience:


You will need to have previous experience line managing a HR function, or part of a HR function to be successful in this role.

You will also need experience with HR projects, and the ability to work alongside stakeholders. You will ideally hold a Level 5 or7 CIPD qualification, and will be have a driven, business focus attitude. You will also need to be system savvy, and able to pick up new softwares quickly.
