Description
The Music, Arts and Performance Coordinator leads on Unitas' creative arts provision.

Delivered in four spaces (an a music room (including a recording studio), an arts and crafts studio, a multimedia room and a performing arts studio), the creative arts is at the core of our offer to young people.

The Music, Arts and Performance Coordinator will make sure that the spaces are properly staffed (and those staff are effectively managed), safe, welcoming to all ages, genders and abilities and that the creative arts programme is varied and constantly innovative.

In addition, as a member of the Delivery Team, you will ensure that the youth work and safeguarding within Unitas are of a high standard.

This role combines hands-on work with young people with planning, line and budget management and monitoring and evaluation.
