Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Representative. As a Client Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact
  • Analyse client accounts and financial data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve any issues

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailoriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Salary:
From £24,869.91 per year

  • Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
