Working alongside the Head of Marketing, as part of a 7 strong and growing team, the Senior Marketing Exec will be responsible for driving leads for a division that they will take ownership of, by:

Focussing on planning and implementing lead generation marketing activity
Briefing and managing inhouse and 3rd party resource for digital marketing, social media, events, design, long form copy, pr, seo
Creating onbrand multichannel campaigns to promote developments to potential business tenants
Utilising campaign data to review campaign success, identify improvement opportunities, and generate reports
Competitor and market analysis

The Senior Marketing Exec should come with the following:

minimum of 4 years' experience in marketing, creating and delivering multichannel marketing campaigns

- the ability to brief and manage others both internally and 3rd party suppliers
- the ability to work across multiple projects with drive, energy, and high standards

Strong verbal, written, and communication skills

The Senior Marketing Exec will be joining a significant & highly successful property group with a huge portfolio of properties around the UK.

Office based role, with occasional travel required to attend events, with the company helicopter providing transport for longer journeys; This is a role that will work towards a responsibility level akin to that of a Marketing Manager (for a given division).
