    Job Description

    This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our client's team as an Interim HR Consultant. As a pivotal member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality HR service to the business.

    The successful candidate will work closely with line leadership to provide clear advice, guidance, and support on employment-related matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management. You will also be responsible for ensuring proper guidance and support for line leadership as they facilitate their own lower-level people casework.

    To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrable experience in a similar HR advisory position, including a practical application of skills in HR casework such as disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and absence management. Experience in successfully using a HR system to support effective HR output is also essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert advice and guidance on employment-related matters to management and colleagues
    • Support line leadership in higher-level people casework, including disciplinary, grievance, conflict resolution, reorganisation, and absence management
    • Ensure proper guidance and support for line leadership as they facilitate their own lower-level people casework
    • Effectively use HR systems to enhance HR technology output and other relevant processes
    • Develop strong professional relationships with line leadership to support leadership development and performance

    What We Offer:

    • A 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension or permanency
