Job Summary:


The EMEA Organisation & Talent Solutions (O&TS) team provide opportunities across all EMEA markets that enable our employees to grow and develop in line with the skills and capabilities needed to drive the business forward.

The Learning & Leadership Development (L&LD) pillar of O&TS aims to create a learning culture through providing training and learning opportunities, aligned to TWDC frameworks (e.g.

TWDC Values; Leadership Expectations, DE&I pillars), that enable employees to grow and develop in line with the skills and capabilities needed to drive the business forward.


This role, working closely with the O&TS Manager and O&TS Coordinator for L&LD, provides a proactive, efficient and consistent customer-oriented service to stakeholders, including HR colleagues, leaders and employees in support of the overall OT&S strategy and aims.


This is 12-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave, based out of out Hammersmith, London Office, 4 days a week.


Areas of Responsibility

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis to plan the employee selfenrolment training curriculum and provide SME guidance and consulting on individual and team development queries
  • Own and manage the EMEA L&D selfenrolment training catalogue, including:
  • Offerings, existing and new, meet identified needs and are aligned to TWDC frameworks
  • Sourcing of new solutions based on data driven TNA
  • Managing catalogue budget ensuring value for money and high quality solutions
  • Using data and insights to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training
  • Working with the Coordinator to promote ensuring a high level of visibility and engagement with all target employee populations
  • Lead on promoting and delivering blended learning approach and culture across EMEA
  • Support Global leadership development programmes for the EMEA Region, including participant management and session facilitation
  • Manage Training vendors including leading on sourcing and onboarding new vendors and maintaining relationships with vendors to deliver the EMEA learning catalogue
  • O&TS Platforms:
  • EMEA Learning Pathways own platform structure and content, ensuring it is relevant for the needs of the business and employees
  • Development at Disney Hub manage L&LD page content
  • EMEA Superuser for LMS, DLearn, for EMEA (SuccessFactors)
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the O&TS Coordinator

Areas of Accountability

  • Accountable to the O&TS Manager within the Learning & Leadership Development pillar
  • Agrees overall objectives and takes daytoday decisions about how to achieve them
  • EMEA L&D Catalogue
  • Supports L&D / HR community in EMEA and Management Teams in areas of employee development, including the diagnosis of issues and the use of appropriate coaching / training interventions
  • Budgetary responsibility as defined by line manager
  • Projectmanage / lead several high exposure courses/programmes and projects targeted at leadership level

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required

  • Graduate level or equivalent work experience
  • Project management experience
  • Strong relationship building, stakeholder engagement and expectation management
  • Experience in training and development, including identifying training needs and providing blended and agile solutions in a fastpaced service orientated environment
  • Working with external training providers
  • Working within a complex, matrixed organisation (US parent/regional hub beneficial)

Skills Required:


  • Training needs analysis / diagnosis
  • Planning and scheduling a regular training 'catalogue' for employee selfenrolment
  • Facilitation virtual and inperson
  • Training design and delivery (competency / skill / behavioural / leadership) to provide SME consulting and guidance
  • Vendor management
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills at all levels (internal/external), including expectation management
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple conflicting tasks in a busy environment and work independently
  • Solution focussed with a commercial and consumer mindset
  • Versatile and change tolerant
  • Collaborative working approach with a focus on inclusive behaviours
  • Advanced experience with SuccessFactors LMS (internal name: DLearn)
  • Digitally savvy confident with virtual tools and technology (e.g. Zoom and Microsoft Office suite)
