Recruitment Consultant

Salary:
£26,000 - £30,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm, 1 hour lunch break (5pm finish on a Friday)


Our Newport Pagnell based client is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, to join their family run business, on a permanent basis.


Main responsibilities

  • Dealing with all recruitment needs for your allocated accounts.
  • Actively resourcing via online recruitment platforms, social media platforms and other channels
  • Conducting virtual and in person registrations
  • Processing registration paperwork, ensuring fully compliant.
  • Account management duties liaising with clients where and when needed, working with them to understand their requirements and achieve requirements within their timescales.
  • Work towards set targets, deadlines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Experience:


  • Previous Recruitment or Account Management or Sales experience is essential.
  • Exceptional Customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and highvolume environment.
  • Ability to work to KPI's and targets.
  • Selfmotivated and driven.
  • Experience of using CRM systems is desirable.
  • Good allround knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to organise and manage a busy workload efficiently and effectively.
