• Updating the E-Commerce website with new products
• Keeping track of changing prices on the market and price matching our products on our website
• Have a knowledge of all products and services to provide telephone support to customers
• Update, control and create social media platforms for the business
• Stock check current tanks in the yard and represent this on the website to keep information up to date
• Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to support customers or to gain information
• Use of Microsoft Office and Photoshop to create graphics
• Writing content for social media platforms
• Other general office and administrative duties
• Work alongside IT Manager to make sure all daily tasks are completed
• Use our online chat to support customers browsing our website who have queries

• Knowledge of Adobe software is favourable
• Creative
• Strong graphic design skills
• Functions effectively on their own
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Good English skills
• Ambitious and driven
