Description
The HR Administrator will be responsible for:
- Assisting the HR Advisor in all areas of HR administration
- Booking training sessions
- Managing recruitment administration
- Query resolution
- Managing low risk employee relations cases
- Booking interdepartmental meetings
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Profile
The successful Bridgend based in HR Administrator will have:
- Strong administrative skills
- A proven track record within HR would be beneficial
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
- Process driven with excellent organisational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine desire to learn and progress
Job Offer
The successful HR Administrator can expect:
- Salary of up to £26,000
