As the HR Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the HR Advisor with all the HR Administrative duties.

A well established NFP group with a South Wales location (Bridgend).


Description

The HR Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the HR Advisor in all areas of HR administration
  • Booking training sessions
  • Managing recruitment administration
  • Query resolution
  • Managing low risk employee relations cases
  • Booking interdepartmental meetings
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile
The successful Bridgend based in HR Administrator will have:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • A proven track record within HR would be beneficial
  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
  • Process driven with excellent organisational skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Genuine desire to learn and progress

Job Offer
