Description

We are looking for an experienced customer services assistant with a minimum of 6 years experience to work in a busy Vending Machine company We are looking for someone reliable, punctual and who can use their own initiative.

You will need to be able to work on your won as well as in a team. VENDING EXPERIENCE WOULD BE IDEAL BUT NOT ESSENTIAL


Duties Include:
Logging Service Calls

Answering the Telephone/Taking messages

Arranging Couriers

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 6 years (preferred)
