Recruitment Consultant - Construction

City of London – Blackfriars

Kenna Recruitment is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our expanding team in the construction sector. We specialize in white collar positions and offer tailored recruitment services to match clients with prospective employees and temporary workers.

The Role:

Manage key client accounts providing permanent, freelance, or retained services
Maintain relationships with existing clients and build new ones through regular visits across the region
Interview and advise candidates, matching them with their ideal company based on career ambitions
Source high-quality candidates via CRM database, websites, social media, headhunting, and referrals
Verify candidate suitability through reference checks by telephone
Create detailed CVs and introduce suitable candidates to clients
Stay up-to-date with market trends through press releases, social networking, and client and candidate interactions
