Description
Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Mopping floors with wet mops
- Using electrically powered scrubbing and polishing machines (after receiving instruction and training)
- Using electrically powered vacuum cleaners
- To dust, damp wipe, wash or polish furniture, ledges and window sills, external surfaces of cupboards, radiators, shelves and ornaments.
- To replenish consumable items, soaps, toilet rolls and paper towels.
- To clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks
- The use of chemical agents in the discharge of cleaning operations or maintenance procedures (after receiving instruction and training)
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or need for repairs
- To undertake wall washing or inside window pane cleaning to height no greater than to an arms extension from floor level
- To carry out any other reasonable duties in line with the job role
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary:
£11.00 per hour
