Change Management Lead
Exciting opportunity to join a global Telecommunications business, seeking a Change Management Lead.
Joining a team responsible for shaping and driving a large Finance Transformation Project in the business, as part of the team, you will be involved in establishing the change management and communication roadmap for the Finance function and broader business.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Definition and maintenance of a Planning and Performance Management programme roadmap with a clear strategic objective, including measurable and actionable milestones
- Identification of key change management initiatives for each function impacted
- Definition and ownership of change management initiatives according to roadmap
- Definition and shaping of communication formats
- Development and coordination of training plans for relevant teams
Experience and Attributes:
- Prior experience as Change Management Lead within Finance transformation
- Previous experience in Telco is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of working in an environment of change involving new systems, new processes and culture change
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong leadership and communications skills
- Understanding of key financial systems and processes
