Interim Financial Controller - 3-4 month interim contract - Abingdon with hybrid working

Savant is supporting a fast-growth technology business with the recruitment of an interim Financial Controller for a 3-4 month contract.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the interim Financial Controller will be responsible for the UK financials for the business, work closely for the month end internal reporting, together with external quarterly and annual reporting and ensure compliancewith the UK statutory account filing requirements and tax return filings with HMRC.

You will also work with the broader finance team, including the CFO, on projects including the implementation of SOX 404a.

Applicants should hold an accounting qualification and have strong technical accounting knowledge including UKGAAP, FRS and ideally exposure to SOx controls.

Due to the interim nature of the role, only applicants who are available on 1 week notice or less will be considered.
