Summary of the role:

Dynamic Delivery Lead with strong Business Analyst/Project Manager/Governance Skills to drive transformative initiatives within the insurance and reinsurance sector. Leverage your expertise to analyse, strategies and implement changes, conduct cost/benefit analysis, and lead cross-functional teams.

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

  • **Analysis and Assessment**:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems within insurance and reinsurance operations.
  • Identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand strategic objectives.

Change Management:


  • Responsible for managing the delivery, governance and resourcing for EXL for account technology change (EXL, 3rd party and Client led project at involve EXL)
  • First point of escalation for project issues.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the change required and effectively communicate proposed changes to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with clients to assess the impact of changes on existing processes, systems and personnel.
  • Define and implement change management strategies to ensure seamless transitions.

Cost/Benefit Analysis:


  • Perform detailed cost/benefit analysis for proposed changes and initiatives.
  • Evaluate potential risks and benefits associated with recommended solutions.
  • Provide datadriven insights to support decisionmaking and prioritise initiatives based on their overall impact.

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise.

Stakeholder Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation (both in the client and EXL).
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Documentation and Reporting:


  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and project plans.
  • Generate regular progress reports and present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is a plus.

Skills and Personal attributes we would like to have:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in the insurance or reinsurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence crossfunctional teams.
