My client are an estabished Solicitors firm based in Bradford and due to recent growth, they are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their successful team.

They have been established for 10+ years and are reknown for their great family-feel workingenvironment and progression opportunities.


Description
The key duties/ responsibilities of the Legal Secretary will include:

  • Working to strict deadlines
  • Maintenance of diary and case management system in particular, logging deadlines and notifying fee earners.
  • Assisting feeearners with tasks on request

Profile

  • Excellent typing and audio skills.
  • Previous experience in the legal industry as an audio typist / secretary.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self
- motivated and able to work on own initiative

  • Detailfocused
  • Wellpresented with good people skills.
  • Organised and proactive in all aspects of work
  • Reliable, punctual and accurate

Job Offer
Upto 25k Salary + Immediate start + Monday - Friday hours + Free onsite parking
