I am working with a FMCG company based in Paddock Wood who are looking to recruit an experienced business analyst in their BI team.

The duties for the Business Analyst include:

Responsible for investigating business processes with the aim of improving workflow through effective use of data to reduce costs
Drive efficiencies and identify opportunities.
Build strong relationships with business teams across the group to identify and document requirements for reports dashboards and other data analysis components
Creating work packages for continuous delivery of enhancements and new functionality, managing the prioritisation of these projects whilst coordinating with Business Intelligence developers who will implement work packages

Skills/experience/qualifications required for the Business Analyst position:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business Analysis or related fields
A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Business Analyst with strong experience in understanding business processes, identifying opportunities, gathering and documenting requirements.
Experience of project work & working in a team to develop software solutions with knowledge of project management
Knowledge of Operations & Finance business areas, ideally with SAP experience
A natural problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail
