Home Nightclub is a 6 floor, 7 bar venue in the heart of Lincoln city centre. With a capacity of 1800 people and offering something for everyone, we're looking for confident, creative and lively individual to Supervise our Promotions Team

With fierce competition within the city we're looking for a strong and confident lead to drive our Promotions Team to achieve increased footfall into our venue through engaging with our core clientele and representing what Home is all about

Being the Promotions Team Supervisor will involve working with and leading the team on Lincoln's bustling high street within the general public, encouraging customers to enjoy their night out at Home, whilst also monitoring and ultimately driving the promotions team to engage with as many individuals as possible.

The Promotions Team Supervisor will regularly meet with Management to discuss key areas where foot traffic is heaviest, implementing creative methods for the team to use to make sure they convert prospective customers into paying customers.

They will ensure that the promotions team is consistently engaged and performing to the best of their ability whilst also being responsible for achieving a minimum % return on the offers that we promote.

Additionally, the Promotions Team Supervisor will be effective in assessing competitors and their promotional methods and creating counter approaches to ensure that we are consistently one step ahead of them at all times.

This is a part time job role consisting mainly of weekend shift patterns on Friday and Saturday nights.

Competitive rates of pay:
£10.92 per hour.


You must be over 18 years old. You must also hold a UK bank account and be able to provide right to work documents.
