Description

We are embarking on an ambitious and exiting journey to improve our KCHFT Community Hospital pathways, and are looking for an Operational Manager to join our leadership team for a 6 month secondment or fixed term contract.


We have a portfolio of 9 Community Hospitals across Kent plus two extra winter ward pilot sites with a team of nurses and therapists delivering care and rehabilitation to frailty patients.

Our hospitals deliver specialist pathways in Stroke and Fractured Neck of Femur, and support end of life and dementia patient care.

If you are an experienced clinician looking for your next career opportunity this could be for you.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, who will keep both patients and staff at the heart of their work.

You will need to be committed to delivering high quality, evidence-based care, and have the skills to coordinate effective and responsive inpatient services.
