Software Developer - C/C++ - 3D Experience

Location - Tamworth

In the office for the initial training period, then hybrid

Applause IT are working with a Software developer with C/C++ and 3D experience such as. CATIA V6, VATIA V5, NX, Creo etc. The company that we have partnered with have offices in both the US and UK. World leaders in independent supply of 'CAD' to 'CAD' and'CAD' to Visualization product data exchange tools.

The right Software Developer will have three main responsibilities. Software development which includes working to support the development team in delivery for existing and new products. As well as the creation of prototype solutions for future products.

Second is Consultancy Project Support and finally Product qualification testing which would include updates of products and supporting the QA with testing products before release.


Desired Skillset:

  • 3+ years of C/C++ experience
  • 3D experience, CATIA (V6, V5), NX, Creo, etc
The successful software developer may be required to travel inside the UK and also overseas. This would require being comfortable with flying and having a drivers license is also an advantage.
