Essential Job Information
The position is full time
We are located at 45 Stubbington Avenue, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO2 0HP
This Role will Include:
Providing leadership and management of the nursery, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
Being responsible for the smooth running of the nursery, always ensuring high quality care and education.
Providing leadership to the team and providing guidance and support to all staff.
Working closely with our lovely parents and families, to continue building strong relationships.
Working with colleagues and other professionals to make sure that childrens needs are met
Recruiting and inducting suitably qualified and experienced staff
Managing a budget
Ensuring the nursery remains Ofsted compliant and follows the Early Years Foundation Stage
Experience and/or Qualifications required
Early Years Level 3 qualification minimum
At least 2 years experience in a nursery setting
