Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, placing orders, and resolving customer issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely and effective followup
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
